Mick McConnell, Founder &McConnell
Mick McConnell is a multi- disciplinary design executive with experience as Head of Design at Chipotle, Samsung, Starbucks, and WeWork. His areas of specialty include strategy; digital, graphics and retail design; product, retail and project development; and creative direction in marketing. He has worked with leading architects, agencies and other design firms—both in- house and as a consultant — to ensure that operations, environments, and function all work synonymously and creatively.
Ryan McLaughlin, CEO, MCL Group
Ryan McLaughlin has been working with global retail brands for the last 10+ years to support their digitization efforts. Most notably with Walmart, creating experiences for social and mobile commerce and deeper customer interactions. He’s developed Retail Journeys and Reports for Visa, Rewe, and Tchibo, showcasing the future of retail and empowering brands to develop their own models for the future.
