1) Learning Journeys

Meet the unicorns of the today... and those of tomorrow. Network with their founders, leadership, and employees to trade ideas, concepts, and challenges, all while engaging in narrative driven conversations relevant to your organization and business.

Experience Express: 

A 2-2.5 day program visiting 10 partners in a global digital innovation hub, interacting with notable startups, technology leaders, VC's, academia and large corporations that are in the midst of their own digital transformation. All partners and speakers will be curated based on your industry focus, participating employees and program objectives. 

Experience Plus: 

A 3-3.5 day program visiting 12 partners in a global digital innovation hub, interacting with notable startups, technology leaders, VC's, academia and large corporations that are in the midst of their own digital transformation.

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to experience the Design Thinking first hand. Guided by our our coaches and utilizing insights gained from visiting our partners, they will develop solutions to your organizations core challenges. We also offer curated conferences (TechCrunch Disrupt, SXSW, PSFK, etc.), startup networking events, and experiential retail demonstrations and tours.  

All partners and speakers will be curated based on your industry focus, participating employees and program objectives. 

Bootcamp and Experience:

A 5-6 day program visiting 14 partners in a global digital innovation hub, interacting with notable startups, technology leaders, VC's, academia and large corporations that are in the midst of their own digital transformation.

In addition to our partner experiences, participants will experience what startup life is really like, in an intense, three day digital transformation bootcamp at one of our top-tier accelerator partners (available in San Francisco and New York). We also offer curated conferences (TechCrunch Disrupt, SXSW, PSFK, etc.), startup networking events, and experiential retail demonstrations and tours.  

All partners and speakers will be curated based on your industry focus, participating employees and program objectives.

2) Learning Modules

Digital Learning:

Snackable content, delivered directly to your employees, based on our proprietary digital needs assessment. Our digital transformation curriculum moves past the buzzwords surrounding digitization, and offers POVs from our partners and technology industry luminaries. These are not trend presentations, but rather deep thematic content surrounding, AI/Machine Learning, VR/AR/MR, Data Science, Collaborative Tools and Environments, and Digital Publishing - all curated with in a nod to the hardware and software effect each has on future business models.  

We work with our network of top-tier content creators to source, analyze and package the most relevant insights for your employees.

Our digital modules come in various formats: podcasts, video, text, and exercises. 

The Digital Masters Academy:

A 9-month, 1-day live session per month, curated learning module based on our proprietary digital needs assessment.

Sessions include: foundational digital understanding, industry relevant case studies, inspirational 10-minute firesides by innovation leaders from around the globe, design thinking exercises, experiment labs, prototyping, and mini-challenges. 

The goal of our Digital Masters Academy is to ensure that your executive staff act, manage, and interact as digital leaders, post their academy experience.

Prior to acceptance in the Digital Masters Academy all prospective participants take an oral and written evaluation to ensure each academy class is of similar digital skill level.

3) Transformation Workshops

Our Transformation Workshops were born out of feedback directly from our participants. The most often asked question by participants when concluding Learning Journeys is: “I’m inspired by these pioneering startups that have billion dollar valuations and products/services that are expanding with success… we can't operate like a startup, but need to borrow from their mindset… but how, as a company of 100,000 people do we do that?” 

Our Transformation Workshops specifically tackle these types of challenges. We try to look beyond the typical industry challenges and develop solutions for how best to incorporate and integrate the biggest changes to your organization. How can you use the insights gained and put them to use solving your biggest challenges.

We host workshops globally, in Silicon Valley, New York and Berlin. We partner with the most talented coaches, facilitators and experts to ensure that participants are taken out of their comfort zone and challenged. 

Cultural Design: We work closely with our partner The King’s Indian to understand the cultural barriers to DigitalTransformation and then create a system to address them and implement your digital transformation goals.

Organizational Design: We work closely with a range of expert partners in organizational and spacial design. Some of our partners include: WeWork, Glint, Create Meaning, JES, Karlsson Wilker, etc. 

Design Thinking for Product and Service: We work closely with a range of expert partners from the Design Thinking community. Some of our partners include: J2C, The Design Gym, Thrv, etc.
