We hand-select a team of agile talent (our collaborators) that is ready, able and willing to work within the scope of your learning journey or project. Why 'hand-select'? We believe that algorithms aren't quite ready yet to make staffing decisions for some of the complex challenges you might have.
Our collaborators, are hybrids, meaning, their talent moves beyond their craft - often towards adjacent skill-sets. They have worked in creative, strategic, and production roles in consultancies, agencies, studios, production houses, incubators, accelerators and startups. Most of our collaborators have 10-15+ years experience. No juniors here. Most importantly, they are dedicated team players, and seasoned in working as a unit towards a common goal.
Pair this with today's technology stack catering to 'digital nomads' and you have an efficient and distributed partner. We communicate on Slack daily, brainstorm via FaceTime, Skype or Hangouts, and use a plethora of other digital tools to stay engaged and push our work with you further.
We've never been fans of locking ourselves in a room for a week, to come to a solution. We've seen that this can create 'one-sided' thinking. We believe working together at different desks (or in rooms) around the world fares much better.

Rather than briefing us, we prefer a conversation. What keeps you up at night? Are you innovating fast enough? Do you know how digital transformation will affect you? We enjoy having the tough conversations so that we can assemble a team to meet your specific needs. Once we have understood your challenge and have aligned on a team together, we'll brief you.
Why reverse this process? Twofold. First, it's your responsibility to tell us the challenge, however it is our responsibility to ascertain a viable solution. Handing us a solution to ideate around is counter-productive for everyone. Secondly, you're on the ride with us the entire time. You'll be integrated into the team as a core member. You'll be wrapped into the constant discussion and workflow - not simply a milestone on a timeline or spreadsheet. We believe this creates a greater understanding of your needs within the direct team and creates work that meets your challenges head on.
This also ensures that when course corrections are required (from your feedback), they happen in real-time versus weeks later, after hours and resources have been burned towards an unsuitable MVP.
